IMC USA offers four categories of membership. Summaries of the membership categories and the annual dues are given below. (Click on membership category for full details from IMCUSA).
Certified Member Qualified consultants to management are awarded a Certificate that authorizes their use of the designation CMC, Certified Management Consultant. Certified members annual dues are $345 (can be prorated) plus application fees.
Professional Member Consultants to management with less than the required qualifications may join IMC USA and receive the designation Professional Member. A certificate authorizing this designation is issued to each professional member. Professional Member annual dues are $295 (can be prorated) plus a $50 application fee.
Affiliate Member A professional who has an interest in the management consulting profession and supports the objectives of the Institute, but is not a practicing management consultant, or who has not yet reached the criteria for Professional membership. Affiliate Member annual dues are $175 ($50 application fee).
Student Member Student Member is a full-time college or university student who has an interest in management consulting and supports the objectives of the Institute. Student Member annual dues are $25.
Three additional membership categories (Fellow of the Institute, Member Emeritus, and Honorary Member) recognize exemplary service to the Institute and/or the profession of management consulting. Details can be found at Membership Categories .
